Lisa Iliffe

Lisa Iliffe joined Bayleys Property Management after having spent seven years growing the Rent Roll and dealing with casual letting at one of Christchurch's leading property management companies. Lisa has a wealth of experience in property and sales, and brings energy and expertise to her role, whether it's appraising rental properties, providing advice or marketing properties.

Matthew Curtis

Matthew Curtis came to Bayleys Property Management after having managed a team of property managers and administration staff at one of Christchurch's leading property management companies. Matthew was previously employed in the customer services industry and his strengths lie in management, processes and systems, as well as exceeding his customer's expectations.

Property Management Assistant
Lisa is a key member of the Property Management team, using her skills in people management to assess potential tenants from the moment they enquire about a property. Lisa fields enquiries from the public and directs tenants to properties that best suit their requirements, while ensuring security and privacy.
